It is really a struggle working in a company wherein you have a target quota. When you reach that quota, your boss will be impressed. Some of the boss might say "thank you", or even "very good", but some says "go and push for more". What's left for you is the added value on your quota, means added targets....
Whats best? To work in a company and get paid? Or make your own business and sell your's?
